A Day In The Life of a Splash Vacation and Cruise® Superstar:

The Strategist:

You will be expected to stay in the know. Your clients expect it as well as your peers and management. Reading, discussing, practicing and performing our core strategies is second nature to you. You love an action plan. You love to have a plan of attack every day and always complete it, under no uncertain terms. That’s just how you roll.

The Multitasker:

You manage and work with other consultants, managers and ownership, to review open, ongoing and upcoming sales opportunities, impact area tasks, and training sessions. You’ll lend insights obtained from the strong relationships you’ve built with clients to ensure goals are being addressed and expectations are always exceeded; all the while creating policies, improvements, and ideas side-by-side with your peers and supervisors voluntarily throughout the day and at scheduled workshops.

The Risk Mitigater:

You creatively design your client’s vacations to be exciting, outrageous and a whole lot easier to plan. You’re honest, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions your clients may have about their travels. You consistently communicate where you are in your research and how you are doing throughout the process. While some things may sound more complicated than they truly are, you’ll simplify all the industry lingo and technical mumbo-jumbo, walk your clients through your research plan and clearly outline what, when and why, they should expect from you.

The Reporter:

Chatting with clients is the most fun you have! You do it better than most and never forget about the core fun(damentals). You understand and support the importance of the organizations core philosophies – everything from our Core Story, Sales Steps, Follow-Up Procedures and more. Conversation recaps, personal interests of your client, travel specifications and education based selling should all be of second nature to you. It’s your responsibility to carefully listen and make permanent notes of critical and valuable information about your clients.

The Brand Advocate:

This one’s easy. Your number one goal is to Make Your Clients Happy. As much as you are a brand ambassador for Splash Vacation and Cruise® you also prove that commitment to your clients. You do this by proactively identifying specific, personalized travel opportunities for your clients. Your relationship with Splash Vacation and Cruise® and your clients will grow daily and equally. If you’re a good listener and a forward-thinker this is already a no-brainer.

 

Show Me The Money:

You are paid on your performance. We are looking for winners. You expect to be #1. Because of this you most likely will be. If you’re content being in the middle of the pack this would not be the right opportunity for you. If you are the number one producer here, you are the highest paid associate – it’s guaranteed. That’s how we roll.

Perk Me Up:

We offer the normal perks including generous paid vacation days, paid sick days and paid holidays. We also include great travel perks including paid days off for travel and a travel allowance. You have to earn the travel allowance and days though. (But you are a superstar so already knew that).
No health or dental coverage. Hopefully you are already covered there. Oh yeah! Speaking of perks, we also reward superstars with weekly, monthly and annual bonuses in addition to your bi-weekly commission. Your superstar performance is also published on our internet site (SplashNet) regularly. You are allowed to brag. Either way, we’ll do it on your behalf. Hey winners deserve recognition in addition to the ca$h.

You want it all. You have plans to be the best. You know you will achieve it because you always do. But still, it’s not enough (hey, winners know how winners think).

You want to lead the troops! You’ve mastered the company core philosophies and are oozing with excitement to share your skills and help create more winners just like you! Yep, we have those opportunities too. Show us your stuff. You be significantly rewarded.

Your Start Date:

Easy there superstar! First things first. You need to submit your resume with your travel sales experience (and all the other good stuff). We need to set-up a 10 minute pre-screening. You are a superstar, so in 10 minutes you’ll prove it and you’ll know if this is the right place for you. Next we’ll schedule one-on-one meetings with our top candidates. The final step is a personality profile test. Not to find out if you have a personality. You do and we’ll already know that at this stage. What the test provides is information to help us define your fit. We need you to hit the ground running.

New Account Relationships

Outside Sales

We have recently announced a new opportunity for a commission only outside sales new accounts relationship position. This candidate would set their own hours to help us introduce a trademarked leisure travel program to organizations and corporations throughout southeastern Wisconsin. The initial start-up would be a building process. Dependent upon the time invested and ability to communicate, the income is realistically projected to build up to around $10,000 – $15,000 after 12-18 months. Well maintained relationships would allow you remain or grow from that stage. It’s mostly a good fit for an individual with extra time during the day and the income flexibility during the initial start-up.
