I found a lower price than Splash Vacation and Cruise® now what?

If you book your cruise or tour at Splash Vacation and Cruise® and find the same itinerary* for less within 30 days of your booking date, we will contact the supplier and attempt to rebook the reservation for you at the lower price.

If we succeed you will receive both the lower price AND a $100.00 SplashCash Certificate. SplashCash can be redeemed towards your next vacation at Splash Vacation and Cruise®

Sometimes supplier terms and conditions may not allow price changes to previous bookings. Even is we are presented with this challenge you will still receive the $100.00 SplashCash Certificate. 

I already have a price. Can Splash Vacation and Cruise® beat it?

Easy! Just provide the actual documentation showing the details of the itinerary and the price you received. Your consultant will begin the research to match or beat that price.

If they are unable to secure a lower price we understand you may book with the source where you got the original quote. However, you still receive a $100 SplashCash Certificate. Our way of showing sincere appreciation for giving us the chance to do business with you and save you some money.


 

Terms and Conditions.

The $100.00 SplashCashguarantee applies to cruises, all inclusive destinations and resorts, tour packages and vacation packages. It does not apply to air only, hotel only or car only, type bookings. The reason these type of bookings are not included is that they fluctuate radically by the hour, sometimes by the minute.

When comparing a competitive price quote. The actual quote must be provided in the form of the actual competitors stationary /invoice paper or if it is an internet travel site, documentation can be in the form of a print screen of the web page showing the details or you may provide your consultant the address (URL) to the actual website page. Comparisons are done using exact details, same suppliers, same dates, same flights, same room/cabin categories, same resort, etc.

If you have already purchased your vacation with us. The low price guarantee is provided for 30 days. If you find a lower price within 30 days a re-booking may be required by the supplier. Some suppliers provide protection against any re-booking fees. Some suppliers charge re-booking fees and those charges would be the responsibility of the client. The fees are solely an administration fee by the supplier and not Splash Vacation and Cruise®

SplashCash is only good at Splash Vacation and Cruise®. SplashCash can be redeemed towards cruises, all inclusive destinations and resorts, tour packages and vacation packages valued at $2000 or more per booking. It does not apply to air only, hotel only or car only type bookings.

SplashCash can be redeemed any time within one year from the date of issue for travel anytime. SplashCash is redeemable at the time of booking. 7 days after the actual travel return date you will receive $100.00 cash (in the form of an agency check).

SplashCash expires one year from date of issue, cannot be extended for any reason, cannot be combined with any other Splash Vacation and Cruise® promotional certificates or discounts, can only be redeemed in its full value.

The priority at Splash Vacation and Cruise® is to provide you a unique, customized travel experience. We do not try to find ways NOT to honor our guarantee. We will always lean judgment towards the client. However, Splash Vacation and Cruise® retains the right to decline SplashCash if in our judgment the comparison does meet the specifications aforementioned. Other conditions may apply.
